Silent Screams

I don’t know what to do

When darkness consumes you

When the pain is really true

And you struggle to get through

I don’t know what to do

Assuming that its true

When depression, comes to visit you

Darker than the darkest nights

Silent screams will haunt your mind

Fight to breathe with all your might

But living doesn’t seem quite right
