silly me

day by day

"you're gonna make it"

"si se puede mija" 

silly me I,actually belived them 

What if I don't want to make it?

What if i'm too tired to keep typing?

But this isn't an "what if", it's an "I am" 

I'm tired of being told I got this 

when I never touched it in the first place

Is it selfish of me to say "I want to watch a movie

and hangout with friends"or shoild I not apologize?

I want this so bad  but i'm so tired

silly me I thought I had this in the bag

I can lift my leg above my head and I can solve any math equation 

that's where I went wroong

Because I can't do either of those things 

silly me i've been lying to myslef more than 

the people who say "you got this" 

"si se puede mija" 

no i dont got it

but its okay because I want it 

But I dont need it 

Silly me thinking the world revolves around it 

It doesn't  

it revolves around the ones who didn't get it
