Silly Rabbit
A pair of eyes stare through the grass.
At the window from the glass.
The bunny hops through the yard.
A predicted path from a tarot card.
Catching the rabbit.
Running is their habit.
They stop in fear.
Cornered too near.
Their surrender is silent.
I grab they do not flinch.
