Silver Moon

Silver moon, that puts the stars to shame.

Silver moon, that I hold dear to my heart.

Silver moon, softly caressing my face with your glow.

Silver moon, bringing the sweet music of crickets.

Silver moon, although reflecting the light of the bright sun, is far more elegant.

Silver moon, drawing love close with your beauty.

Silver moon, bringing the small twinkly yellow lights among the ground.

Silver moon, holding tales from long ago.

Silver moon, with memories beyond belief.

Silver moon, captivating with its magical look.

I am a poet at heart, and I absolutely love writing. I hope to one day have my poetry book published.
