Silver Plater

Told that im suppost to fail And wouldnt amount to much of nothing.

Had my heart and passion questioned

Messin around was supposedly my intentions.

Spirit broken, lookin up at him was my only option.

I knew it was time to prove all those haters wrong

Workin day and night, showin to them im strong.

Stronger than they anticipated not because im discriminated

Againts. Just because i was that underdog that would never come out on top.

Well guess what, skys fallin and now im ballin It up all over the field showin them what im made of.

So next time u wanna doubt me u wont see me pout, Ull see me go out there and kill it.

So keep the number 88 in mind and remeber its a number never to hate.

Dont mistake this for arrogance, more along the lines of confidence.

Which i have finally gained by believin in myself and my capabilities.

All because someone decided to question my abilities.

I hope u see where im comin from, all i wanted was for u to believe.

Not only believe in me but the player that i have become to be.

So i must give thanks, what doesnt kill me will make me stronger.

U said urself nothins handed on a silver plate but i decided that plate is nothin close to what i can create.
