Similies
It's like.
We are.
Two rivers.
We cross yet, unlike rivers.
We do not connect.
It's like.
You are above me.
I am above you, but not beside you
and I try to, but what can I do?
It's like.
My alliteration is from a different nation
but be patient, it's not a race.
And I take my time before I face it.
That is. What it's like.
It's like a whole heart cut in half.
A whole book half read.
A whole bed half made.
A whole song. Half played.
That's what it's like.
And I'm all cut up.
With scars and bruises.
And pain and lies.
All torn up inside.
Dry your eyes
little one,
you have yet to fear.
You don't know what it's like.
And neither do I.
