Simple Life Dream

I fight and drag myself to class day after day, Miserable and daydreaming about how I want life to really be. The only way to make money they say, Is to go to school and get a degree. Maybe I don’t want a lavish life, Maybe I’d rather keep it old fashion and plain. Working hard as a stay at home mother and wife, Lots of kids on a farm walking up and down the lane. They say it’s impractical but to me it is a gem, For now I drag my butt to class because that is what they say, You will see, I’m going to show them, I’m going to live that life one day.
