Simple Life Reflection

So I'm 21,

made some mistakes,

Got my heart broken before,

Did a lot of dumb stuff for attention,

Was a slave to popularity,

Dated cute boys to feed my low self esteem,

Idolized celebrities,

Wanted to be Rihanna,

Hit the bottom before,

Experienced my share of reality,

Too much to jot down and spell out,

But I've learned from all I went through,

And it has made me stronger,

a deep minded young woman,

So thankful for life lessons,

Glad I grew up,

Cause it could be hella worse,

God is the truth.
