The Simple Promise

(poems go here) I look at your beauty, the works of art you have made. The clouds in the sky, the soil you’ve laid. I’m in awe, Lord, of the wonders of the world, The tiny hairs you can count; the straight, and the curled. So, Savior, here’s a poem for you. After all you’ve done for me ‘Cuz after all, you died for me… It’s the least I can do. This is just a simple letter, but I hope you will see. It’s much more than silly words; It’s me. Returning the simple promise That you’ll love me eternally.
