Simple really
It's simple really;
Ease your mind and let the troubles pass
but it reoccurs. It's never finished,
as long as you're aware. A blank mind is not a blank slate;
however if nothing's there, what's the problem?
But it reoccurs, bringing the same troubles back again,
only to be tossed away by the same state of mind,
that assisted the first time.
An endless cycle, that eases once you figure out
how simple it really is.
