Simpleton

Fortunate one, all adorations twisted and torn and thrown in the fire- Simpleton tries, she thinks she’s so clever- censoring emotions to what she thinks is safe. Melodies borrowed- she’s afraid of becoming that dead carbon copy of someone far greater. New. Never! If only I could be half as glorious as that foolish girl, simpleton. Consistent struggles. Get yourself in danger, come on, be brave, self sacrificing, the beautiful martyr. Remember, awards can always be given posthumously- you will be remembered better anyways. Destroy for Art, darling you’re a star!
