Simplicity

I lay awake at night

Never knowing anything

What is the point of fright

Why do the days sting

---

Whatever the day

Whatever the night

Why must it be this way

Why must I always fight

---

I have no strength left

And yet I must continue on

Where is my best

When will I see the dawn

---

I could say it is unfair

I could weep and cry out

But I really do care

It would be a shame to succumb to doubt

---

The morning will come(Hopefully)

Then I can finally be(Wait and see)

I could give and then some

And I could die happy

---

I dreamt an impossible dream

I suppose it is mine

Based on a funny theme

Let's just all have a good time

---

What a dream in which simplicity roams free.
