Simplicity

My complex thoughts,

What is the meaning of love?

I can't think of a definition,

All I see is you.

Fairy tales are simple but real life is not,

I wish that I didn't feel the sting of your parting shot.

Please can you come and rescue my myself,

Because writing poetry isn't saving me anymore.

My simple plans,

How can I tell you how I feel?

I wish these things were simpler,

I wish that I had you.
