The Simplicity of it all

You don't know how it happened?

You don't know how you threw it all away?

Sure you do.

You may not have realized it but

once you started, it all became

an immense possibility.

That first time.

That first drag.

That first drink.

Really it's simple.

Why must we make it so

Complicated.

There's only one way.

One sure-fire way

To keep yourself safe.

Abstinance.

soberness.

refrain.

We CAN do it!

Curb. Your. Appetite!

You are in control of yourself.

Don't let things happen to you.

Be the designer of

your own destiny.

The master of your trade.

There is

a sort of simplicity to it all.
