Simply Human

We never really know what's good for us do we?
We say we do,
But then we say something completely contradictory.
Take school for example.
Us students complain about it for years
But it pays off later in our lives.
As humans we're unsure,
Yet over confident.
We brag and boast about things we want to do,
But we lack the will power to actually do it.
Sometimes I wonder what else we do that's as stupid as this.
I don't doubt that we do,
After all we're simply human.
