Love is the one thing we all desire
and is displayed in multiple ways
the adoration of one companion
or a benevolente act to be performed

Love can do you right
love can do you wrong
the difference between joy and pain
is written in this poem

Love is unconditional
wanting nothing in return
many are confused about love
for selfish reasons Do Not concern

Lending an ear
sharing a smile
performing actions that last awhile

Being grateful to have friends
that will stand by you until the end
And greatest love that will ever be
to acknowledge that HE died for me
