The Sin

In this time ive become the lie

Open hearted yet without new bounds

in this place i call of home

no where is i stagnant to roam

all across the glossy prairie

the trees are of moss and dreary

the fog to give me hope within

to write about my artistic sin

my dreaded eyes

see darkness and gloom

though all within this my talents grow

now i must be less of myself

as the sun comes forth

here comes the rhyme

though i love the light that begins to shine

ill greet this all with a grin

and this is how i tell you of my wodering

artistic sin .
