Sing (On Maya Angelou)
Sing (On Maya Angelou)
I am no caged bird, but I sing.
I sing of a better place,
One where I can be heard.
I am in a figurative prison,
But I will be free.
Free of this place that is so degenerative.
My words will ring loud and clear,
And the whole world will hear them.
I am no caged bird, but I sing….
