Singing rule

I love to sing with soul in my voice

I live with a rule in my school

Only speak, Do not sing in this building, not my choice

I always find a way, I ain't no fool.

Once or twice, I see people getting detention

Didn't think I get it, just from singing

Shockingly, I got a lot of attention

I still sing but I still bring the soul with a zing.

No matter what, I will sing, no matter the singing rule

This is based on a true rule in my school. If I sing in my school, I get detention
