A Sinking Ship
A Sinking Ship
(by Ayesha Khalid)
He should have kept sealed his slippery lip
The utterance has caused shame and a downtrodden trip
He was emerging to the enemies as a clip
He could have turned the jeopardy in to a jackpot if known flip
They were expecting him to kneel everyone and nip
All he did was pouring parties and pip
His romantic decisions drowned him in a deep dip
His sojourn friends fried his career by merely paying the tip
He was considered Savior of the Nation as it was taking the sad sorrow sip
But he turned out to be a mere mirage and a sinking ship
