Siren
She’s just a temptress of desire and she’s going to quench you fire
Till you tremble in her arms and be taken by her charms
She’ll tell you all about the witches and their ill begotten riches
From a world that’s long been dead, she’ll whisper to you while in bed
And of a snake she’ll take the part and wrap herself around your heart
She’ll just squirm and twist and slither and she’ll smile as you just wither
Sounds of her demonic laugh will ring, in your mind as you just scream
Scream and scream and plead, no more, but can’t help desiring her
Thoughts of heroes that have died, wishing you were lying by their side
But the tortures not yet done, there still a long way to go my son
Till you beg and plead for death and the pains sapping your breath
Laughing while she’s discarding you, realizing that she’s finally through
As the nightmares slowly might, come to you throughout the night
You’ll toss and turn alone in bed, wondering why’s it that you’re not dead
For no compassion, pity or care and no love that you may share
Will she toss you as a bone, no hope, no love; you’re on your own
And when there’s nothing left of you as man, you’ll be wanting her again
But the love from her you crave you’ll take it with you to your grave
And she’ll move on to someone new without a single thought of you
You’ll just watch the love you lost giving over to another host
