confronting the sun

Tomorrow lingering

while calling your name

Temptation disguising

what’s never to come

Tomorrow’s redemption

the present to ransom

Tomorrow in voices

a chorus of ghosts

Tomorrow forgiving

each sin of unmaking

Tormenting each moment
