Sister of Mine

Piper Rae eyes flecked with grey

You taught me much and more

To see the world with sails all unfurled

Your steady presence by my side

Your sunny smile would take us miles

So many miles we have roamed

So thank you for the fun we drank

By the gallon, by the liter I cherished every swallow

Life was sweet in summers heat

And with you continues everyday.
