Sisters

From the same cloth two people are born, Together they experience the beginning of life. They learn to walk, They learn to talk, They learn to run and play. They start to see the world. Years pass and they start their own lives. Each goes down a different path. One travels the world, The other makes a home. Separately they live their lives, Both pursuing their dreams. But over time the traveller becomes weary and settles down. The two are together again. Time hasn't changed the relationship between them; It couldn't if it tried. They see the best of one another. Love and support will always be between them. For they are sisters, they are friends for life.

This poem shows the type of relationship that I have with my own sister. We may go through rough patches but we will always be there for one another.
