Sitting Still
Are we ever really sitting still
Quiet breathing makes for light motion
As thoughts race around our heads
Are we still sitting still
Even though we wish for a reason to move
Even as our bones ache and our heart races
Are we really sitting still
When our head is somewhere else
And our heart longs to be
Sitting still
