The Situational Problem
Engulfed by the ocean, bright and blue,
I find myself lost, through and through.
I see a shadow on the shore,
Her song reached in me, to my very core.
My hearts wanted the shadow, wanted her bad.
But the thought of leaving the ocean was sad.
Which do I belong to? I don't know.
What way can I make my hearts show?
I look to the sky, in hopes for the way.
"Can someone tell me?" I chose to say.
There was no response, no answer.
Just pain lingering, that ate me away like a cancer.
What to choose, where to go?
The problem dwell, for only I to know.
In the shallows, I must decide.
This problem, I hold, stays beside.
