Different wavelengths of light absorbed by the skin, determine color. Very superficial. What do wavelengths say about race and how They should be treated? Nothing. A Blind man would be ignorant of these colors but would be More Accepting, More Open, Nondiscriminatory. 0.05 inches of Skin, is All that separates the races. Shallow. Skin deep. Superficial.
