The skin I choose to be in

I exercise daily

I feel amazing

I have cravings

I choose raisins

I need to lose weight

Or it might be too late

I hold my fate

Choose whats on my plate

This is not a debate

High in calories like the crime rate

I want to deflate

Walk tall -n- weightless

SO I do whats best

I exercise relentless--ly

Food is the enemy

I eat sensibly

Watch me shrink

In a eye blink

Beat obesity

Amp up cardio activity.
