The Skin Your In

Born to be individuals

Living for everybody else

What is self?

Love is hard to find

When you look for it in different places

And hide your confidence in the basement

Knowing that that’s the most beautiful thing you can wear

Built to be yourself

But torn down when you try

It’s hard to be different

When everyone eventually becomes the same

Self-love is

A challenge with the greatest award

No one knows what's in store

For the day when you can love you
