Skinny

Every day I look in the mirror
Starring at a reflection no one wants to steal.
I see layers of fat one after the other
Being made fun of and laughed at by everyone even my mother.
I have no friends only the ones that hold me back
The ones in my head the ones ready to attack.
The voices telling me not to eat
That if I do I will never be petite.
The demons with a blade waiting for night to fall
So they can come out to make me feel small.
The cuts grow and the food shrinks
My eyes don't cry they just have leaks.
One day I will be skinny and everyone will love me
One day the monsters will set me free.
