INSTEAD OF FOOD, CHEW THAT GUM YOU OH SO desperately NEED,

INSTEAD OF FILLING THE emptiness, YOU FEEL IN YOUR STOMACH

WITH FOOD, WHY DONT YOU FILL THAT emptiness WITH WATER, WATER 

WHICH HAS NO CALORIES, WATER THAT subsides YOUR APPETITE

WHICH MAKES THE YOU MORE AND MORE EXCITED TO subside THE REST

OF YOUR FOOD FOR THE
