Sky Arts
Weather Makes Me Feel Tranquil
Long ago there was said to be a king,
A king that rode between the shimmers of glass on the windows,
A king beloved by his people of the light,
But when the clouds came to drive his people away,
He rode up the tallest skyscraper to ask for forbearance,
The clouds, moved by his words, decided to give his people reflections,
And on his death his people with the clouds hold hands in mourning,
For where they gather we see as droplets.
Weather Feels Differently.
Rain pounds the sun-baked ground as if mining for true treasure,
Though the Wind says it would rather it be the forgotten fortune,
“Why long for something beyond reach?” says Wind in its smooth string like voice,
“Because” says Rain “Dreams like gems must be found and polished or they will never shine!”
“But dreams are course stones surrounded by likely failure and regret” said the passing Dark Cloud, whose gloom was almost always constant
“That is not always so, life is a gift of many never-ending jewels!” said the Fluffy Cloud in the distance who was naïve and ignorant, therefore was rarely paid any attention.
“Those who are meant to shine will, the others will be left behind.” said Sun who was ambitious and knew reality.
“But they can pick themselves up, dust off the ash, and shine with beauty all the same.” said the Moon who loved the sun, stars, and sky with gentle grace.
All of them felt so strongly that every time they changed their turns the people below them felt differently; that’s why many say weather affects people’s moods.

Why the Moon Has Different Faces
There was once a story among the young children of Dreams,
They said every time the moon changed faces it would tell them a new fairy tale.
The quarters would tell them of moral tales, the crescents of true love, the full of heroes true and in its stead, the new always told of flawed hero’s anew.
To hear the stories would be a gift, but every tale ended in sorrow as the sun showed them the real world.
The kids agreed the night was best for stories.

They look at you
The clouds love the sky, but are curious.
They always wonder why they can’t touch the ground,
Sometimes they do,
Fog is them looking at you
………………………………………………………………………………………………
With every day come new circumstances,
They shape the world,
They make it what it is,
In the eyes of the learning kid,
But these circumstances become twisted,
Twists of fate.
