sky's the limit

Once upon a time

Once said the white man

Untruthful lies and false hope spread

Like we have a choice of a happy ever after

We live in dark times

Yet it overshadows us with tweets

But the tweets I hear are from birds

Black doves swiftly in the blue sky

The skies the limit said the fool

But I disguise the limit

Now I'm reaching the sun and moon

While you stand there up high

With your white cap and power high

You divide the nation

Thinking we are like in a fairy tale

Proclaimed leader playing Tom and Jerry

Acting like a mouse catching a cat's tail

The story I hear are whimpers

From death to sorrow unlikely joy never appears

It hides from a six foot story building

From the shadows you think it's near

You need it now more than ever

To be your own hero

Your own piece of good that reaches the heights

To be the limit you can exceed

Wash ashore these false hopes he choked us upon

Create your once upon a time...
