The Slam
I twist flying, reaching, straining, struggling, lifting, pushing, jumping. I hear the sounds, the voices so loud, I see the faces so animated and yelling. I feel the hope, I feel the fear. I can hear my heart pounding, my blood rushing faster and faster through my veins. I know my success, my satisfaction, my bliss is all in this one move. Catching your hand before you walk out the door and let it Slam.
