Sleep

I sleep in the midst of a trembling day,

And waiting for someone dare to say

" Are you okay, or just another phase?"

Once the murmurs go away, sleeping becomes a safe haven.

No one can get me here or the need to feel caved in.

Slowly as I sleep, hearing the peaceful winds waving.

I sleep in the midest of night,

All I want to say is " leave me alone and goodnight."

This poem is about:
Our world
