Sleep for dinner.

Depression got all of my sensations,

From feelings, to memories and the taste of my tongue.

My thoughts are rushing, station to station,

Struggling to keep up, I can't find solutions.

On the outside, I make no sound. But my heart is beating like my chest weights ten pounds.

Out of sync, with each beat, my heart seems to ditch.

Maybe I should ask a doctor. Or maybe should I stop eating sleep for dinner.
