Sleep Paralysis

sleep paralysis sleep paralysis always seems to creep in on me at times like this, sleeping use to be my only time for peace the only time I could get my mind to rest but at times like this evil demon that looks a lot like me, stands over me while I fight to scream I fight to move but no matter how hard I try I am paralyzed, my eyes can see her wicked figured out line just looking down at me, I feel that she mocks me loves the torture. my chest caves in and it's hard for me to breathe. this has happened before many times before always caused by sleep deprivation or when I'm going through some life transformation. I feel like this all has more meaning like in her and her Motionless stand shes trying to tell me something or maybe even warn me. sleep paralysis most people don't get to experience so trying to explain to them what a nightmare half awake yet half asleep is like is damn near impossible. Google says one thing but to actually experienced it is hard to put into words but I know all experience it again, an probably soon i hate that dark figure that looks a lot like me standing over me pressing on my chest making it hard to breathe, no matter how many times u visit me I'll always be unprepared.
