Slight but Noticeable

There's pain in my heart

Slight but Noticeable.

I love him

I do

So why does it hurt.

Am I running from what could be?

The happieness I see.

Or is it from the possiblity

that I am wrond and that

I don't love him.

Worried that it'll never be.

WIll I be what he needs?

I wanna do more for him.

I wanna make his dreams come true.

But how?

I'm scared of failing him

and letting him down.

But none of this

Explains the pain,

Slight but Noticeable.
