Slipping on the Kitchen Floor

It begins so normal and peaceful, happy,
A walk to the the breathing life place to procure another days sympathy.

Enter that room of many trials the kitchen,
normal as any other.
Begin now if you would a journey with me to an old place,
but beware the demons we will find are simple.
Notice the power of which life is being kept a loft,
forget not the everlasting chance that life may sink.
I did walk into that mere kitchen on that morning in search.
No, not for food for something else, something more,
but never did quite reach my goal.
A puddle invisible to mine eye did lay dormant waiting for my step to come.
Unbenounced to me did wet my foot,
Oh how i wish i had slept better as to avoid the inevitable fate that was.

I fell.

I fell down upon the floor and did feel the pain surge,
And there i felt that puddle consume my being.
I was at a lost and not fighting for life.
Alas i did stand but not as i did before.
In that moment i was no longer me.

That puddle remains around me today never to leave,
Regret the day i relinquished my life to this mere puddle i do.
Regret the day,
The day I fell.

I write to cope with the pains of everyday life, so that I may help anyone that I can.
