A slow inevitable breakup

I feel like I'm trapped Between a rock and a hard place, And I sit there hiding From all the things that I can't face. Should I run away Because that's what I do? Or should I say what I think And risk losing you? Does that even make sense To be worried now, When it feels like I've already lost you somehow. There has to be more This can't be the end, Because I'm just not ready To only be friends.
