The Slums

Broken glass, cracked streets, Dogs barking

Area sounds dangerous to foreign visitor

Homies shouting " Que Barro, Que tidas"

I smerk walking towards the subway

Veins of iron and steel running through NY

Smells bad, Loud people, babies crying.

The subway is terrible but it is the heart of the Slums.
