a small cry for help

days pass by, yet no one to hears my cry.

i’m drowning in the pain i live with until i die.

ask me how i’m doing and ill say that “i’m fine”, but can’t you see that dying inside?

i look in the mirror and see a girl who’s given up on her dreams.

the girl who used to smile and sing, has now been drained out emotionally.

all the people she cares about leave, so it’s hard to explain all the emotions in me.

i’ve never felt love, so i kinda desire this need

i just want someone to keep their promises and not leave.

my story unfolds where i try to hide, yet i set most of my happiness depending on guys.

i trusted him not to turn on me or to make empty promises he knew he couldn’t keep. however, he knew i still remained under his feet.

he soon decided to take advantage of my vulnerability. nobody knows the shit i’ve faced, so who are you to judge my place.

i’ll cover my scars and past mistakes with the different things i find to escape.
