A Small Ounce of Gratitude

Hey Mom

I just wanted to say thank you

You are the reason I flew

Without you I would be stuck in the muck like a piece of gum to a shoe

You always thought I was great and I guess you knew

For magic mom instincts are exremily rare

And thanks for all the care

Thank you for staying up late when I was sick

You clung to my side like a malicious tick

This peom may seem strange

But I love you even though for all I know you could have mange

Hey don't yell I was just goofing around

Don't stress you'll keep that crown
