Smile
Don't look back on a day caught in the pain, of foggy memories never retained.
You can't stop the broken heartbeat of panic and regret, for someone you will painfully soon forget.
I've become just a dream, someone you'll soon consign to oblivin, but don't forget the happiness I grew for you.
Sadness will swallow you, and eat all your will, but i'll fight it for you, and disappear tomorrow.
If this is all you wan't i'll happily oblige, but don't forget I will come back if is needed.
Stay strong in your smile and replace me for the better, if only it could make you smile forever.
But i'll smile along and tell you it's okay, even if inside is starting to decay.
I love the shine your smile give's me, even if after a while it's taken away.
I will always be your friend, until you say no, i'll happily help you, as you say you must go.
This isn't so sad, as others may think, for this is a thing I do the best, I love and I lose, it's only lifes test.
As long as I can make others smile, my soul is okay.
So don't look back on a day caught in the pain, of memories some may retain.
