Smile

As I sit here I wonder

what would make him smile?

I think a delicious piece of

cake, maybe pie.

Oh how I long to take

away his sad face.

To see him smile again,

what a sight to see.

The twinkle in his eyes

is an amazing thing

His eyes are like diamonds

shining bright in the sun

How I wish he knew

my feelings for him were

true, that my love is deep and real.
