Smirk
Silent reassurance by simple existence.
Reciprocation of trust in the form of small nudges and touches.
An invisible connection radiating from our souls,
Running through my entire body and illuminating my mind,
Making the noise and the clutter quiet enough, clear enough for me to breathe.
Any and all calmness that touches my heart is because of the horse that does the same.
Nothing and no one compares to the electricity that he strings through me to keep me going,
Each and every day.
There's a necessity in our relationship,
A sense of magic in the way we work together.
Life without his sloppy kisses, and gentle eyes, and exuberant character is not one I would like to live.
