snakebite

broken, discarded thrown around like a cardboard box lid oh, my love, how dare you you make me nauseous your existence was something i so dearly persisted but now i regret it the thought of your kisses was something i never expected and i'm disgusted you only watched as the cobra sunk its teeth right into me you never heard me as i cried out for you at night in agony honey, you'll never know but when your friend asked me "why" i told him "NO" you only stared as i fell to the floor on my knees i screamed, i cried i begged God to come and save me please out of the kindness of my broken heart, i hope that you are at ease but you left me with a demon that'll tear me apart and make my pain increase
