The Snipers Poem

“DASH DOWN COVER”

 that’s what they say.

If

“YOU want, to survive this day”.

Crawling and observing has its own forms of sorrow

Just Trust me, my friend, YOU might live till tomorrow.

Sights, Aim, Fire

it’s what we must DO

Colour Tag them first,

before, they body bag you…

Tis the order of the day

and the only game in town worth playing …

Even the wounded THINK forward.

Anticipatory anxiety is the fear or worry that bad things could happen in the future. With this type of anxiety, we may fixate on the things we can't control or predict. The uncertainty of the future can be scary because it is out of our control.
