The Snow Day

Into the snow We laugh and play Wasting all of The day away. This white powder Falling from the sky And you right beside me makes my heart fly. The snowflakes in your hair And the sparkle in your eyes Our gloved fingers locked Not ready for good byes, But the smile on your lips Slowly fades away As it’s time for you to go For many a day.
