The Snowfall

Roaming through

Over

And under too

The sound of all my love

Crashing in-

To the blue

The pacing starts

Followed

By broken hearts

The coldness of snow outside

Cannot compete

With my design

And such distaste

Is thrown at

My tired face

‘Cause it’s so tightly laced

With an anger in place

And when you look inside

Way down deep

Where emotions hide

Tell me that we’re fine

Although we’re both unsatisfied

And since I’m made of ice

I break along the fractures

A dozen times

Roaming through

Over

And under too

The sound of all my love

Crashing in-

To the blue

The pacing starts

Followed

By broken hearts

The coldness of snow outside

Cannot compete

With my design

And such distaste

Is thrown at

My tired face

‘Cause it’s so tightly laced

With an anger in place

And when you look inside

Way down deep

Where emotions hide

Tell me that we’re fine

Although we’re both unsatisfied

And since I’m made of ice

I break along the fractures

A dozen times
